An intensive — not a break from reality.

Ten days, on the ground, in your world. We don’t look at your life from a distance — we step into it. Here’s the shape, and we build the rest around you.

Days 1–3

I get the real picture

First, I watch — not from across a desk, but from inside your actual days. How you really operate, the rhythm you’re caught in, the dynamics with the people around you. No reporting, no tidied-up version. I see the patterns as they happen, which is the only way to shift the ones you can’t see yourself.

Days 4–7

The transformation

The deep work, and where everything turns. Intense, experiential, one to one — the Reframe Code at full depth, pushing through to the breakthroughs that just don’t come in a 90-minute call. If you’d rather do part of this somewhere private, just the two of us, we can take up to two days as a retreat. Then we come straight back into your real world and keep going — because the change has to hold where you actually live, not only where it’s calm.

Days 8–10

Implementation

Then we put it in place. Not a plan you’ll get to later — real changes, made inside your business and your life while I’m still there. So when I leave, it’s already working. That’s the whole reason we do it in person: you don’t walk away with a document. You walk away already living it.

I’ve lived every part of this.

For years I wouldn’t even call myself an entrepreneur, certain real founders were other people — so I know the doubt that keeps you stuck. And I know the other side: thirty years building, a stretch that put me in hospital, and the long climb back out. I built what I learned into the Reframe Code, and I’ve been doing this work with founders for almost two decades.
