The Founder Frame

You’re not stuck on strategy.

You’re stuck in something older. Something you can’t see from inside it.

You know what to do. You’ve known for a while. And still there’s something pulling you back to the same spot — the same ceiling, the same decision you can’t quite make, the same week that looks exactly like last week.

That’s not a knowledge gap. It’s a pattern — the specific thing running your decisions from underneath, one that got here long before this business did. Most founders work around it for years. A few stop and name it.

Three minutes. Answer honestly. Walk away knowing yours. Whether you’re in a business that’s running you, or you haven’t started yet and the list of reasons keeps growing — come exactly as you are.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Two founders. Different stages.
The same thing underneath.

If you’re in it

You’re good at what you do. From the outside it looks like you’re winning. Inside: you’re running on empty, making big calls on fumes, holding it all together where people can see and pretending it’s fine where they can’t.

You’ve tried restructuring, systems, better habits, sharper focus. Something still routes everything back to you. The decisions don’t get easier. The rest never fully lands.

You’re not burning out because you’re weak. You’re burning out because a very specific pattern has been running your show — and it got here long before you wrote your first invoice.

If you’re working up to it

You have the idea. The skills. Maybe even the plan. What you have more of is the list of reasons it’s not quite the right time yet.

The fear isn’t really about the business. It’s about who you’ll be without the role you’ve been hiding inside. Or whether you’re actually allowed to do this. Or what happens if it doesn’t work.

That’s not a business readiness problem. That’s a pattern — and you’ll keep coming back to it until someone names it.

Same person. Different stage. Same roots.

What the Founder Frame actually is

Not a personality test.
Not a framework. A frame.

A pattern isn’t a type. It’s not “you’re an introvert” or “you’re a high achiever” or any of the other labels that feel vaguely accurate and change nothing. A pattern is the specific thing running your decisions from underneath — where it came from, what it costs you, and why all the strategy in the world hasn’t shifted it yet.

The Reframe Code traces it to the root. This 3-minute Founder Frame is a small version of that. Eight questions about how you actually operate. At the end, your pattern — named, in plain English.

What you walk away with

01
Your named patternOne of four root drivers. Specific to you, not a category.
02
What it’s costing youIn your business and in your life. Named plainly, not dressed up.
03
Where it startedThe root, not just the symptom. This is the part most people never get to.
04
What changesWhat the first real move looks like, once you can see it.

The four patterns — which one is yours?

Pattern 01It All Runs Through You
Pattern 02You’re Still Proving It
Pattern 03Running on Empty
Pattern 04Waiting for It to Go Wrong

Three minutes. No right answers. You’ll know yours by the end.

About Nuri

I’m not coaching you from a textbook.

I spent thirty years building businesses. For most of that time I didn’t call myself an entrepreneur — the word never quite felt like mine. There was always someone more certain, more qualified, more obviously built for this. So I kept building, kept proving something I couldn’t name to someone I couldn’t quite identify. The business looked successful. The internal ledger never added up.

Five years ago it put me in hospital. Panic attacks, anxiety meds, the lot. I clawed my way back out. And when I stopped trying to fix the symptoms and actually traced the thing underneath — I found the pattern. The one I’d been running my whole life, before the business, before the hustle, before any of it.

That’s why the Reframe Code exists. Not because I read it somewhere. Because I lived it, traced it to the root, and came out the other side with something that works. I’ve been doing this work with founders for almost two decades. The same patterns come up again and again. Naming them is almost always the thing that moves people.

Before you ask.

Is this free?

Yes. The Founder Frame costs nothing. There’s no obligation at the end. If it resonates, there’s a next step — a free 30-minute call with me. No pitch. Entirely up to you.

How long does it actually take?

About three minutes. Eight questions. You get your results immediately.

Is this a personality test?

No. Most personality tests tell you what you already know about yourself. This doesn’t type you — it traces the pattern driving your decisions to where it started. That’s a different thing entirely.

I haven’t started a business yet. Is this for me?

Yes. The fence-sitter and the founder running on empty are working through the same patterns at different points on the same road. The Founder Frame is for both.

What do I get at the end?

Your pattern named — what it’s called, what it’s costing you, where it likely started, and what changes when you can see it. You get your results immediately. If you want to go further, the next step is right there.

What happens after I take it?

Nothing weird. You get your result. If you want to explore it properly — with someone in the room — there’s a free 30-minute Founder Reframe Call on the results page. One honest conversation about what’s really running you. No pitch. Come exactly as you are.

Three minutes.
You’ll know your pattern by the end.
