The first few days I’m in your world, watching how you actually work — what’s running under the surface, what you can’t see because you’re too close to it. Then we go deep into the transformation. The last days are about building how you move from here.

The transformation
Deep work. We find the source, shift what’s been running the show, and rebuild from the ground up. Optional retreat component available.
Implementation
Building how you move from here. Not theory — the actual structures, decisions, and ways of being that hold the shift in place.
By application only. Travel and expenses on the client. Max three people a year.
